Description:  Client located in Alabama is looking for a process engineer with at least 5-10 years of experience, with no less than 5 years in chemical manufacturing. Candidate is responsible for providing the technical support for the continued safe and cost effective management of the manufacturing, warehousing and environmental functions of the plant, which utilizes both batch and continuous processes. Experience in chemical development, polymerization, chemical processes, heat transfer and monomers is preferred. A strong background in process engineering, process/product development, design experience, small project coordination, and plant operations with strong trouble-shooting skills is desired. BSChE is required with advanced degree preferred. Proven interpersonal and communication abilities in a plant team environment are also essential for this position.
