Job Title: Mold
Maker B - 1st Shift |
|

Salary: $17-27/hr |

Description:
· Evaluate and inspect Injection Mold tooling for damage
and/or wear
· Make appropriate tooling repairs and improvements.
· Lead and direct tool maintenance efforts for production
area
· Coordinate tool repair through available resources,
internal and external.
· Clean molds and return to storage area in “ready for
production” condition.
· Record and track all mold wear, damage, and repair
in appropriate database.
· Evaluate wear trends to make proactive repairs to
production tooling.
· Keep accurate and sufficient inventory of mold repair/wear
items.
· Provide guidance and direction on the proper maintenance
of molds.
· Train other employees on new molds, proper mold care
and maintenance techniques.
· Aid in the review of new tooling prints before molds
are built.

Requirements:
· High school diploma
· Toolmaker “B” certification
· At least 4 years experience with injection mold
tooling
· Strong computer skills; Access, Word and Excel literate
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong teamwork and organizational skills
· Good leadership skills
