Job Title: Microcircuit
Assembler

Description: o
Performs production operation function per written and
verbal specifications.
o Performs varied functions associated with all manufacturing
operations, including working with engineers in set-up
and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and
quality testing related to the production of parts, components,
subassemblies and final assemblies.
o Checks and inspects operation against predetermined
specifications.

Requirements:
o Set up, adjustment, and operation
of existing or new manual and/or semi-automatic hybrid
assembly equipment including; automatic dispensing
equipment, epoxy and eutectic die bonders, gold and
alumina wire bonders (wedge and ball), and die and
wire bond pull and shear testers.
o Requires the use of microscope and micromanipulators
for precise control of die placement.
o Must be able to follow technical instructions.
o Must possess some relevant experience in a manufacturing
environment
o Ability to read, understand and interpret engineering
sketches, manuals, blueprints, etc. is preferred but
not required
o Must be able to lift minimum of 25 lbs.
o Must be available to work second shift.
· Education:
o High school diploma required.
o Technical certification preferred
o AA degree in electronics preferred but not required
