Description:  Looking to take the next step in your research career with a growing company? Our client, a rapidly expanding clinical research organization, is looking for a CRA Manager to be responsible for the overall management of the Clinical Research Associates at an assigned facility. Specific responsibilities include: • Interview, hire, train and manage Clinical Research Associates at an assigned client facility • Conduct performance appraisals for direct staff reports • Provide continual training to Monitoring staff on current regulations and industry trends • Accompany CRAs on Site Visits as needed • Assess workload and assign CRAs to new projects • Mentor CRAs to ensure understanding of CRO’s SOPs, work processes and research regulations as needed • Monitor Study assigned study sites for compliance with research regulations and GCPs

You must possess excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. REQUIREMENTS BS degree and four (2) years pharmaceutical experience required.
